1. SHIPPING SCOPE & DESTINATIONS
Currently, we only ship to addresses within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
2. SHIPPING COST
We offer a flat-rate shipping fee for all orders:

3. SHIPPING TIMELINE (TRANSIT, HANDLING & CUTOFF)
All times listed below are based on business days (Monday to Friday).
- Order Cutoff Time: 5:00 PM (EST – Eastern Standard Time). Orders placed after this time will be processed starting the next business day.
- Order Handling Time (Processing): 2 – 4 Business Days (Monday – Friday). This includes order verification, quality check, and packaging.
- Transit Time (Shipping): 5 – 8 Business Days (Monday – Friday).
- Total Estimated Delivery Time: 7 – 12 Business Days.
Note: Custom items, such as “Custom Photo Neon Signs” or “Custom Metal Signs,” may require the full handling time for production before shipment.
4. SHIPPING PARTNERS
To ensure reliable delivery, we partner with major carriers including: USPS, UPS, and FedEx.
5. ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation Email containing your tracking number and a link to the carrier’s website. You can monitor the status of your package directly through the provided tracking information.
6. ADDRESS ACCURACY
- If you notice an error in your address, please contact us at support@urbandapper.shop immediately.
- We cannot change the shipping address once the order has been processed or shipped. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
7. DELIVERY CONFIRMATION
When the carrier marks your package as “Delivered,” it is considered fulfilled. If your tracking says “Delivered” but you have not received the package:
- Check with neighbors or building management.
- Contact the local carrier facility.
- Reach out to our support team within 48 hours.
8. DELAYS, LOST, OR DAMAGED ITEMS
Delays: While we aim for timely delivery, delays may occur due to weather, carrier issues, or peak seasons. We will notify you if we expect a significant delay in your shipment.
Lost Packages: If your package is lost in transit (not updated for over 14 business days), please contact us so we can investigate with the carrier.
Damaged Items: If your Wall Decor or Neon Sign arrives damaged, please take clear photos of the packaging and the damaged item and email us at support@urbandapper.shop within 3 business days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
9. ORDERS WITH MULTIPLE ITEMS
If you order multiple items (e.g., a Garden Art piece and a Custom Neon Sign), they may be shipped in separate packages to ensure their safety during transit. You will receive separate tracking numbers for each package.
10. UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable (due to an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, or failure to pick up), the customer may be responsible for additional shipping costs to resend the package.
11. CANCELLATIONS & CHANGES
Cancellations: You may request a cancellation within 24 hours of placing your order. After this window, the order may already be in production or processing.
Changes: For any changes to your order, please contact us immediately. Once an order is shipped, no changes can be made.
