How do I place an order?

Simply browse our collections (Wall Decor, Neon Signs, etc.), select your favorite item, customize it if applicable, and click “Add to Cart.” Follow the checkout prompts to enter your shipping details and complete your payment.

What types of products do you sell?

Do I need an account to shop?

No, you can place an order as a guest. However, creating an account allows you to track your order history and save your information for a faster checkout next time.

2. PAYMENT QUESTIONS

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) and electronic payments processed through the secure PayPal gateway.

Is my payment secure?

Absolutely. We use SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption and follow PCI-DSS standards to ensure your financial data is protected. We do not store your credit card information on our servers.

What is the shipping cost?

We offer a flat-rate shipping fee of $6.99 for all orders within the United States.

Where do you ship to?

Currently, we only ship within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

How long will it take to receive my order?

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, we will send you an email with a tracking number and a link to the carrier’s website (USPS, UPS, or FedEx) so you can monitor its progress.

4. ORDER MANAGEMENT

Can I change or cancel my order?

You can request a change or cancellation within 24 hours of placing your order. After 24 hours, your order may already be in production (especially for custom signs) and cannot be canceled.

I entered the wrong shipping address. What should I do?

Please email support@urbandapper.shop immediately. If your order has not been shipped yet, we can update the address.

What happens if I receive a duplicate charge?

If you see a duplicate charge, please contact us immediately. Often, one is an “authorization hold” from your bank that will disappear automatically within a few business days.

5. RETURNS & REFUNDS

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return window for unused items in their original packaging. Please note that customized products (like Custom Photo Neon Signs) are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Are there any restocking fees?

No. We do not charge restocking fees ($0.00).

What should I do if my item arrives damaged?

We apologize for the inconvenience! Please take photos of the damaged product and the packaging and email them to support@urbandapper.shop within 3 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund.

How long does it take to get a refund?

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

What materials are your signs made of?

Our signs are crafted from high-quality materials such as durable metal/steel for outdoor art and high-efficiency LED tubing for our Neon Signs, ensuring longevity and vibrant colors.

Will the color of my sign look exactly like the picture?

We strive for 100% accuracy, but please note that colors may vary slightly due to different monitor settings, screen resolutions, and professional studio lighting used in our photography.
