These unique touches simply reflect the true, authentic nature of custom craftsmanship.

2. Electrical Safety & Usage (Neon & LED Signs)

Our Neon Sign and Metal LED Sign collections use specialized electrical components, wiring systems, and power adapters to illuminate beautifully.

• Voltage Requirements: For safety and performance, please ensure you plug these signs exclusively into electrical outlets that match the specified voltage ratings provided in our setup manuals or packaging inserts. Connecting your sign to an incompatible electrical setup can cause shorts or internal damage.
• Indoor vs. Outdoor Setting: Unless a specific product option is explicitly marked and labeled as a certified weatherproof “Outdoor Sign,” all of our neon and LED signs are built exclusively for dry, indoor, climate-controlled environments. Damage caused by exposure to rainwater, moisture, or direct outdoor weather elements on an indoor sign will void return eligibility and warranty support.

3. Installation & Wall Mounting

Many of our products—especially within our heavy Printed Metal Signs, Farm and Ranch Signs, and Garden Art pieces—are made from solid, high-grade steel and require secure hanging, drilling, or anchoring.

While we provide pre-drilled mounting holes or hanging brackets where specified to make the setup process a breeze, Urbandapper does not provide physical installation services or contracting assistance.

Your Responsibility: The customer assumes absolute responsibility for securely and safely mounting, anchoring, and hanging all products onto walls, fences, or posts.

4. Digital & Technical Web Access

While we always work hard to maintain a perfect online storefront, we cannot guarantee or warrant that your browsing experience on our server will be entirely uninterrupted, error-free, or timely at all moments.
