We understand that purchasing custom decor is an investment in your space, and we want you to be completely satisfied with that choice. If your order does not meet your expectations, our dedicated support team is here to facilitate a smooth resolution.

01. The Satisfaction Guarantee Window

Our standard return policy remains active for 30 calendar days from the documented date of delivery. To ensure fairness, if 30 days have elapsed since your package was marked as delivered by the carrier, we are unable to authorize a refund or an exchange. We encourage all customers to inspect their art immediately upon arrival.

02. Return Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for a successful return, your item must maintain its original “As-Delivered” integrity:

  • The item must be unused, uninstalled, and free from any signs of wear or modification.
  • Packaging must be original, including all protective foam, mounting hardware, and power adapters.
  • A valid Order Number or Proof of Purchase from Urbandapper.shop is required.

03. Exclusions & Customized Goods

Custom/Personalized Art: Products such as Custom Photo Neon Signs or Bespoke Metal Signs are manufactured specifically to your unique specifications. Because these items cannot be resold, they are non-returnable and non-refundable unless they arrive in a damaged or defective state.

Shipping Responsibility:

Defective/Incorrect Items: We will provide a pre-paid return label.

Buyer’s Remorse: If the return is due to a change of heart or personal preference, the customer is responsible for procuring the return shipping and covering the associated costs.

05. How to Request a Return

Step 1: Email support@urbandapper.shop with your order number (#UDxxxx) and detailed photos of the item.

Step 2: Our Compliance Team will review your request within 24–48 hours. If authorized, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and the correct warehouse address.

Step 3: Package the item securely. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

06. Refund Finalization

Once your returned item is received and undergoes quality inspection, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the credit will be issued to your original method of payment (PayPal or Credit Card). Please allow 10 business days for the transaction to be processed by your financial institution.

07. Damaged or Defective Deliveries

While we use industrial-grade packaging, fragile items like Neon Signs may occasionally face transit issues. Please inspect your order within 3 business days of delivery. If the item is damaged, provide clear photos of both the product and the exterior packaging to our email. We will prioritize a replacement at zero cost to you.
