02. Definitions of Infringing Activity

04. Administrative Response Cycle
Upon receipt of a valid and properly formatted DMCA Notice, JOSE REYNANTE NORRIS will execute the following actions:

- Access Restriction: Immediate removal or disabled access to the contested content.
- Respondent Notification: Formal notification to the user responsible for the upload, providing them with a copy of the complaint.
- Preservation: Secure archiving of the infringing data for legal audit purposes.
05. Counter-Notification & Liability
Counter-Claims: If a user asserts that their content was removed due to a misidentification or administrative error, they may submit a counter-notice. We will reinstate the material within 10–14 business days unless the original complainant notifies us of a filed court action.
Warning: Under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any individual who knowingly misrepresents that material is infringing may be held liable for statutory damages and legal fees.
06. Repeat Infringer Doctrine
In adherence to our internal safety guidelines, Urbandapper.shop enforces a “Three-Strike” policy. Accounts or entities identified as repeat infringers will face permanent revocation of platform access, IP-level blacklisting, and the dissolution of any existing commercial agreements with JOSE REYNANTE NORRIS.
