Order Modification & Nullification Protocol

Operational Standards | Effective: April 6, 2026

At Urbandapper.shop, operated by JOSE REYNANTE NORRIS, we utilize a high-velocity fulfillment system to ensure your bespoke art arrives as swiftly as possible. Because our inventory—specifically our Custom Neon Signs and Precision-Cut Metal Decor—is manufactured on-demand, the window for altering or canceling an order is strictly governed by our production lifecycle.

01. Production Lifecycle & Cutoffs

To maintain our 2–4 business day handling standard, our automated systems transmit order data to our manufacturing partners immediately following our daily cutoff:

  • ● Standard Cutoff: 5:00 PM (EST), Monday through Friday.
  • ● Handling Window: 2 – 4 Business Days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

02. Cancellation Rights (24-Hour Grace Period)

We offer a 24-hour “Grace Period” from the timestamp of your purchase. During this window, you may request a total nullification of your order for a full refund.

How to initiate: Email support@urbandapper.shop with the subject line “URGENT: Cancellation Request – Order #[YourNumber]”.

Note: Once the 24-hour window expires, the order is committed to the manufacturing floor. At this stage, material sourcing and initial fabrication have begun, and the order cannot be halted.

03. Amendments to Product Specifications

If you discover an error in your selection regarding size, colorway, or custom text, amendments must be submitted within the 24-hour grace period.

  • Price Adjustments: If a change results in a higher tier of product, a supplemental invoice will be issued. Conversely, if the change reduces the cost, the difference will be credited to your original payment method.
  • Design Locking: For “Custom Photo Neon Signs,” once our design team has finalized the digital proof and moved it to production, no further aesthetic alterations can be facilitated.

04. Shipping Destination Integrity

It is the customer’s legal responsibility to ensure the accuracy of the shipping destination. We can update addresses only prior to shipment. Once a tracking number is assigned to a package (USPS, FedEx, or UPS), the shipment is no longer within our administrative control. In such instances, the customer must contact the carrier directly to attempt a package redirect.

05. Shipped Orders & Refusal

Orders that have reached “Shipped” status are final. If you no longer require the item, you must receive the delivery and initiate a standard return under our Return & Refund Policy. Refusing a delivery from the carrier does not constitute a valid cancellation and may result in the package being lost or incur additional “return-to-sender” fees which will be deducted from any future refund.

06. Security, Fraud & Availability

  • Fraud Protection: We reserve the right to cancel any order flagged by our security filters as “High Risk.” In these cases, a full refund is issued immediately.
  • Availability: Should a specific material for your custom art become unavailable, we will contact you within 48 hours to discuss an alternative or a voluntary cancellation.
