Urbandapper offers a 60-calendar-day return window for eligible standard products, beginning on the date of delivery.

Approved eligible returns include free return shipping and no restocking fees. Approved refunds are processed within a maximum of 12 business days after the returned item is received.

Personalized products are generally excluded from change-of-mind returns. Damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially misdescribed products remain eligible for appropriate remedies.
