We currently ship to eligible physical addresses within the contiguous United States (48 states and Washington, D.C.).

• Standard Shipping Fee: $6.99 USD per order.

We do not currently offer shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, international destinations, P.O. Boxes, or APO/FPO/DPO addresses. Please review our Shipping & Delivery Policy for additional details.

5. Returns & Customer Satisfaction

Customer satisfaction is important to us. We offer a 60-calendar-day return window for eligible standard products, beginning on the date of delivery.

Approved eligible returns include free return shipping and no restocking fees. Refunds are processed within a maximum of 12 business days after the returned item is received.

Personalized products are generally not eligible for change-of-mind returns. Damaged, defective, or incorrect products remain eligible for appropriate remedies under our Returns & Refund Policy.
